Refund policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Field Ready purchase. If you're not happy, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All tags and labels are still attached

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards 

 

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@fieldreadyclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds.

  • A 10% handling/admin fee may apply for cancellations or returns not due to our error.

 

6. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style, email us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs still apply.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no extra cost to you.
