Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all regions within South Africa.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping — but we hope to expand soon.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery takes an estimated 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Rural or outlying areas may take a bit longer.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Fee
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of R150 on all orders, regardless of location or order size.
This ensures your package is delivered safely and reliably via our trusted courier partners.
4. Courier Services
We use reputable third-party couriers to deliver orders nationwide. Once your parcel has left our studio, we are not responsible for any delays, but we will gladly assist in tracking or resolving issues.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

6. Order Issues or Missing Parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel seems delayed, please contact us at info@fieldreadyclothing.com and we will assist as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll assess the issue and work on a suitable resolution.
8. Click & Collect
Currently, we do not offer a collection option, but we may introduce this in the future.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
